Basement

• Basement – walls
• Basement – wood partitions, shelving
• Basement – support posts
• Basement – stairs & stringers

Cabinets

• Inside cabinets, particularly sink base

Closets (inside)

• Walls &; moldings

Enclosed porches

• All same apply

Interior

• all baseboards, door/window casings,
• door jambs, any friction /rubbing surfaces (bare wood),
• stairs, stringers, handrails, all interior doors (chips, cracks, etc)

Vinyl windows

• Exterior stop molding (especially if storm is still on)

Walls & Ceilings, Attics, Stairs, Stairway and Windows 

• We are looking for any deteriorated surfaces (peeling, cracks)

Wood Windows

• Sashes on both sides, jambs, window sills,
• any wood stops (particularly between storm & sashes),
• window wells (the recessed pocket at bottom where window closes)
